We operate a no-refund policy, except where a refund is required by law. Eligible customers may request an exchange in accordance with the policy below.

♡ Return & Exchange Timeline

* 7 days to request: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to request an exchange.

* Return shipping: Once your exchange is approved, please send the item back within 7 days of receiving our return instructions.

* Replacement dispatch: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to availability. We’ll let you know if there are any delays.

♡ Original Tags & Item Condition

To qualify for an exchange, your item must have its original Maison Bofalle tag attached and be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Items returned without their original tag cannot be exchanged.

♡ Choosing Your Size

Please check our size guide and measurements carefully before placing your order. We want you to find your perfect fit, so kindly select your size with care. All exchanges are subject to availability.

♡ Return Postage

For exchanges due to sizing or personal preference, customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for peace of mind.
