You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
The product is not listed under “non-returnable items” below.

Gift cards or downloadable products.
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer service team at with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide instructions for returning the item.
Ship the item back to the return address provided.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
